Terms & Conditions

  1. You automatically become a part of the Kalpana Creations Loyalty Program after your first purchase with us.
  2. The mobile number provided at the time of billing will be used to register your account and credit your loyalty points.
  3. Loyalty points are earned from your first purchase onwards when you provide your mobile number. For store purchases, points will be credited after 3 days from the date of purchase. For online purchases, points will be credited once the return window closes.
  4. Loyalty points can be redeemed from your second purchase onwards, once the earned points have been credited to your account.
  5. For online purchases, loyalty points can be redeemed only through the Kalpana Creations online platform/app, wherever applicable.
  6. Loyalty points are earned as a percentage of the bill value, based on the applicable loyalty tier or eligible slab.
  7. Only purchases made within the last 1 year will be considered while determining the customer’s eligible loyalty tier.
  8. Purchases made both online and at Kalpana Creations stores will be considered together for calculating loyalty benefits.
  9. Loyalty points are applicable on both discounted and non-discounted products. However, loyalty points will not be applicable on product customization charges.
  10. Redeeming loyalty points is completely optional and customers may choose whether or not to use their available points.
  11. Loyalty points are valid for 6 months from the date they are credited. Any unused points will automatically expire after the validity period.
  12. Details regarding points earned, redeemed, and available balance will be communicated through the registered communication channels.
  13. Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed against eligible purchases.
  14. Kalpana Creations management reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue the loyalty program or any of its benefits at any time without prior notice.
